Xpress Timing Official Results
Meet Schedule (all times are central standard time)
- 2:30pm Course is open to walk
- 3:15pm Coaches Meeting at Finish Line
- 3:30pm Elementary 1 mile race (boys and girls, grades 4-6) Followed by Awards
- 4:00pm Junior High 2 mile race ( boys and girls, grades 6-9)
- 4:25pm Varsity Girls 5k race
- 5:00 pm Varsity Boys 5k race
- 5:40pm Junior High and Varsity Awards
Entry Fee's
Cost for the invitational for will be $50 per group event entered. A group is defined as 5 or more runners. $10 per individual runner if less than 5 runners in a group. Available Groups: Elementary, JH Boys, JH Girls, Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls. Maximum fee is $250 if entering 5 or more runners in each group.
Parking
There is plenty of parking. Please follow directional signs as well as the directions from volunteers.

Course Description
There have been changes to the property at Shadow Lake with some added asphalt paths around the lake. The course is a mix of grass fields, gravel, asphalt, wood bridges and wooded trails. Running flats are recommended, but spikes are still an option.
