This is the first official day of the 2023 Cross Country competition season. This event is designed to be a great introductory experience for your athletes that are new to this sport as well as a fun competitive event for your returning athletes. 

What should I expect as far as a festival?

Lots of races and awards, music, food trucks, and fun. 

Xpress Timing will be managing the timing.

Registration: $50 per division. $200 maximum. 

If you don't have enough to make a team (5) then it is $10 per individual. 

Schedule of Events:

4:30 PM Youth Girls and Boys (K-3rd Grade) 1km race

4:45 PM Youth Girls and Boys (4th-6th Grade) 2km race

5:00 PM Jr. High Boys (7th-9th Grade) 2-mile race

5:15 PM Jr. High Girls (7th-9th Grade) 2-mile race

5:30 PM High School Boys (10th-12th Grade) 5k race

5:55 PM High School Girls (10th-12th Grade) 5k race

6:20 PM Coaches 1km Race

Important Notes:

a. There is no online registration for the Elementary aged races. Xpress Timing will have a running clock but no results will be recorded. We will award the runners (e.i. hand them their medal and or shirt depending on their finishing place) as soon as they finish the race in the finishing chute.

b. Please register your 7th-12th grade Cross Country runners according to their grade at this event. We don't want any 7th-9th graders racing in the "High School (10th-12th Grade) 5k race."

c. There is no online registration for the Coaches race. All coaches and any adult spectators are welcome to participate as well. There will be no awards for the Coaches race.
