Meet Information

the following entry guideline limits: 2 relay teams per gender (4x1) & 1 (4x4) per gender. Please make your entry fee
check to Track Team C/O South Girard Junior HS 521 Fontaine Road, Phenix City,
Al 36869 or hand carry (bring) the day of the meet.
Middle School/ Junior HS: Any middle school/ Junior HS athlete
can participate in a total of 3 events only. There will be a max of 3 athletes,
per individual track event, 3 per field event, and only 2 relay teams per school (4x1) only (1) 4x4.No Prelims, all
running events- timed finals, 3 throws/jumps measured.
Absolutely no spikes over 1/4" will be allowed. Must do spike check no exceptions.
Substitutions: No substitutions will be allowed on the day of the meet. Print your entries as verification.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 Awards: Awards to the top three in each event. "Custom made medals"
Overall Team trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams.
NFHS and State of Alabama rules apply.
Concessions will be available. hospitality setup for officials/coaches "Only"
*Coaches please inform "ALL" parents or spectators that will be attending the meet, that there
is a $6.00 cash entry fee for the meet, down by the Freshman Academy, also
bring their own lawn chairs.
Everyone must stay outside the track competition area. The infield is CLOSED to everyone!!!!!
All student athletes must remain in there team area until their event is called absolutely no electronics of any kind in the competition area, ensure that your athletes when reporting in, "they" come ready to compete.
