Order of Events will be posted here and a copy will be given to each coach in their team packet during the Friday coaches meeting. If you wish to have additional copies for your athletes or parents, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make and bring copies.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Bus and Spectator Parking: DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 7:20 ON FRIDAY TO AVOID SCHOOL DAY TRAFFIC!
Parking for Spectators:
Spectators will park in the grass field next to Beauregard Elementary School which is located across Lee Rd 431 from the track, and in any open spaces available in the elementary school parking lot. Handicapped parking is available outside the main entrance to the track along the fence.
Parking for Buses:
All buses will park in the back parking lot adjacent to the football stadium behind the Hive Gymnasium. Enter from the north side of campus and around the outside of the buildings. All overflow parking will be on the band practice field next to the baseball fields. Athletes and team equipment will be unloaded from the parked buses.

Coaches meeting will be at 8:30 am CST. Implement weigh in to begin immediately following the coaches meeting. Field events will begin at 9:00 and running events at 9:15.
An athlete may participate in a total of four (4) events only. Three (3) athletes per event. One (1) relay team per division.
SCORING: Team Individual: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 Team Relays: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd in each event. 1st and 2nd place team trophies will be awarded per classification, per division.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be sold, cash only. Section t-shirts will also be sold, cash only. PLEASE BRING SMALL BILLS.
