****IMPORTANT****** This meet is restricted to the first 10 teams to register
Meet will be held at Foley High School's campus: 1 Pride Place, Foley, AL. 36535 (Directly behind Walmart and Academy Sports & Outdoors).
Schedule:
Coaches Meeting prior to first race
The girls' varsity race will begin at 4:30 p.m. Followed by the boys' varsity race at 5:00.
These two races will be limited to 7 runners per team.
We will have a combined JV 2-mile race (max of 10 runners total; not 10 per gender) about 5:30.
The entry fee is as follows:
Varsity boys $20.
Varsity girls $20.
No charge for JV team with varsity races.
Individuals $5
Awards:
Overall male and female teams, Runner-up male and female teams
Top Ten overall runners receive t-shirt.
The awards will be announced and presented following the JV race
The course is mainly grass, but the runners will cross concrete about 10 yards 2 times as they make their laps (2 laps). There are a couple small ditches they will run through that may contain water/mud.
Please bring your own water. We will deal with masks at the start in the same manner as all other area races so far. Tents should be separated by teams. We encourage participants to refrain from mingling with other teams.
Restroom facilities will be open.
