NEW COURSE!!!
Start is still behind Helena High School on the 2 large practice fields. Course now consists of what we call our "recovery trail", fast/flat course, no major uphills climbs (more like slight inclines), all grass/dirt, with a few asphalt crossings which will have rubber mats laid across for easy crossing. SPIKES are highly recommended. We will finish in the stadium.

9:20 AM - Middle School Girls 2 Mile Run
9:40 AM - Middle School Boys 2 Mile Run
T-Shirts for Top 10 Individuals in each race.
Team Trophies for 1st and 2nd place in each division.

1. Please go to www.xpresstiming.com
2. Click on the GREEN AthleticLive Results link under your meet name.
3. This will take you to the AthleticLive website for your meet.
4. Click on the "Live Scoreboard" on the left side.
5. You will see the clock either "running" or "ready to run" when we are SET UP at the meet.
6. When an athlete crosses the finish line, you will see his/her name populate on the finish list below the clock.
7. You can click on "Team Scores" and see the points as they are finishing in order of your team.
8. This brings a whole new meaning to the word "LIVE". Watch the clock run and your team finish from your phone anywhere in the world.
