Faith Academy XC “Banana” Relays 2019

Where:Faith Academy Sports Complex - 8075 Zeigler Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608

Times/Races:

7:30am- Girls open Mile

7:45am- Girls 4 x 2 Mile Relay

9:00am- Boys 4 x 2 Mile Relay

10:15am- Boys open Mile

10:30am - Co-ed 4 x Mile Relay, consisting of two females and Two males in

alternating legs (female, male, female, male)

11:30am - Awards & $1 Banana split social

Awards: Top 2 teams in each relay and top 5 individuals in the open races will receive medals

Timing: Only final relay times will be posted. All individual times and splits will need to

be taken by each school.

Meet fees:$120 per school ($60 boys/$60 girls); $10 per athlete if fewer than 5

Entry limits: 3 teams per relay race, Open mile races are unlimited

Open mile races are only for those runners who are not on a relay team.

Runners may run in both the 4 x 2 mile relay and the co-ed 4 mile relay.

All relays will be run with a banana as their baton.Bananas will be supplied.

After the races we will celebrate the beginning of the XC season and put those batons to an even better use by eating them with ice cream.We will be selling banana splits for $1 only while supplies last.
