Oak Mountain High School Cross Country Invitational
September 28, 2019
Join us for the most fun cross country race of the season: Oak Mountain Cross Country Invitational Race. The meet is located at Heardmont Park directly behind OMHS football stadium. The course is a true cross country course including several creek crossings, gravel, mud, and grass throughout. Tight turns, long straights, plenty of trees, and mild hill. The 5K features a double loop. Approximately 50m of the course is on a paved cart path. The area after the creek gets very muddy after a few races; Spikes are highly recommended. Improved spectator views of the creek.
