Each athlete may compete in a total of three events

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED on www.alabamarunners.com.
Please follow the entry guideline limits: 3 athlete limit per school on the number of athletes in an event. An athlete may compete in a TOTAL of 4 events, including throws and relays. 2 relay teams ARE allowed.
