Entry Fee: $10 per athlete
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, April 3, 2018 - 9PM
Entry guidelines: All entries should be made on-line at al.milesplit.com. This site will guide you through the process. Entry fees should be brought to the meet. Unlimited entries in both relays and individual events but only one relay team(A) and three individuals will count in the team scoring.
Team Awards: Trophies for the 1st and 2nd place teams
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each running, field and relay event.
Gate entry fee: $5 per adult
T-shirts and a full line of concessions are available.

**Field Events Check-In is at 8:30.
**Top 9 advance to Finals in Varsity field events**
**All races are finals. Winners determined by time.
**Varsity Athletes are limited to competing in four events. Jr. High are limited to three events.
**There are unlimited entries per school allowed in each event.
**Athletes may NOT run in both divisions. They can either run as a Varisty Athlete or as a Junior High Athlete. The Junior High Division is for grades 7-9th Grade!!!
**We will run heats of 16 in the 800, 24 in the 1600 & a maximum of 2 heats in each of the boys/girls 3200. We will try to run only one heat in the 4 x 800 (B & C teams may start 2 yards behind starting line to alleviate over-crowding). If there are over 30 teams entered in the 4 x 800, then we will have 2 slower heats beginning at 8:30; girls then boys slow heats.
Coaches: PLEASE be honest with your entry times. Don't embarrass your kids by putting in a time that they are not capable of running. Heats will be seeded according to times entered.
Starting heights and minimum measurements--all first attempts will be measured.
