Race Times:
- Girls (7-12) - 3:45 p.m.
- Boys (7-12) - 4:15 p.m.
Course:The meet will be conducted on the North side of Tyler Rd within the woods and athletics complex of HCA. The terrain will consist of a blend of asphalt, dirt, grass, trails w/ rocks and tree roots.
Equipment: Racing flats or training flats are recommended.
Awards: None
Entry Fee: None.Coaches may be asked to help during the meet.
Parking:
- in the front half of the lot on the North side of Tyler Rd across from Shades Mountain Community Church
- in the lot by the soccer field on Old Tyler Road across from Shades Mountain Community Church
Please be aware that HCA will also be hosting volleyball matches that begin at 5:00 p.m. in the gym located on the North side of Tyler Rd.
- Please be alert to car traffic and people walking in all areas located on the North side of Tyler Rd.
