This meet has been changed from Saturday the 28th to Friday the 27th. Please check the changes in the meet format below.
Registration will close at 11:00 pm on Wednesday March 25th.
Meet Fees are $50.00 for each varsity team ($100 for both girls and boys teams). Individuals are $10.00 per athlete.
Payments will be made the day of the meet please make checks to: T.R. Miller High School.
The track is a new rubber 8 lane track with plenty of room around the track and field event areas for spectators to view the events.
Timing will be done by Port City Timing.
Coaches meeting will be held on the pole vault runway at 3:30 pm. Field events will begin at 4:00 pm with the running events starting at 4:30 pm.
An athlete can participate in a total of 4 events.
Maximum of 4 athletes per event and 2 relay teams per school.
4 Jumps/Throws in field events, except for Pole Vault and High Jump. No finals.
Only 3 athletes and one relay team per school may score.
All running events are finals, seeding is based on times. Please enter accurate times for all athletes so heats will be competitive.
SCORING: Teams 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
ADMISSION: Please inform spectators there will be a $5.00 charge at the gate.

Starting heights and minimum measurements. All first legal attempts will be measured. All other attempts must meet the minimum measurement. All throwing events will get 4 throws. Throwers will throw twice, officials will then measure the longest throw.
