Meet Information
Where: Beauregard High School, 7343 Al. Hwy 51 Opelika, AL. 36804
Entry: $ 5.00 per relay team. $ 2.00 per individual event.
Entry Method: Entries for all events are to be made through online system on
www.alabamarunners.com.
Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday, March 18th. No additions or
changes. Substitutions can be made the day of the meet, but the names will remain the
same in the computer.
Scoring: Team scoring will be in accordance with NFHS rules. For seven or more teams
competing, 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 will be used.
Awards: Trophies will be given to the top 3 teams in both divisions. Ribbons will be given to the
3 in each event in each division.
Track: 8-lane all-weather; maximum of spikes.
Concessions: Full concessions will be sold.
Meet Rules: The meet will be conducted under NFHS Rules and in accordance with the AHSAA
Spring Sports Book.

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be available on Friday, March 13th in the morning and at the meet.
Field events (except for vertical ones) will be conducted open-style and finals only.
The athlete will get 1 legal attempt and then must meet the requirements on the other attempts.
