MEET FULL NO MORE TEAMS ALLOWED TO ENTER

WE ARE NOT CHARGING AN ENTRY FEE SO I WILL NEED YOU TO HELP WORK AN EVENT. I WILL HAVE A LIST OF EVENTS I NEED YOU TO WORK WHEN I SEE ALL THE TEAMS ATTENDING.

As of Jan. 19 We now have the meet full. No other teams will be accepted unless you contact me and are put on a waiting list in case someone drops out

First 16 teams to call or email will be reserved a spot so call or email (I will email back to verify)and have a spot reserved ASAP.(Must be members of AHSAA) We will start at 4:00pm. We will have the concession
stand opened.
There will be no entry fee so no awards. Written results will be available.FAT timing.
We use Alabama Runners Milesplit ( You can click to register on the meet page)to enter the meet. Entries will be open on Jan1, 2012. I need the entries at least one week before the meet date. If you havent used milesplit to enter here is a link :

COACHES INSTRUCTIONS.

WE WILL HAVE A COACHES MEETING AT 3:45. PLEASE BE THERE WE NEED TO START ON TIME WITH 18 SCHOOLS ATTENDING.
PLEASE REMIND YOUR ATHLETES TO LISTEN AND BE SURE TO BE IN THE RIGHT HEAT AND LANE IF NOT THEY WILL NOT GET THE CORRECT TIME AS WE ARE USING PHOTO FINISH ON THE SPRINTS.
WE WILL PROBABLY LIMIT THE THROWS (DISCUS-SHOT AND JAV) TO TWO ATTEMPTS BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS.
WE ARE NOT CHARGING AN ENTRY FEE SO I WILL NEED YOU TO HELP WORK AN EVENT. I WILL HAVE A LIST OF EVENTS I NEED YOU TO WORK WHEN I SEE ALL THE TEAMS ATTENDING.
WE HAVE CONCESSIONS SO HELP ENCOURAGE THIS TO HELP WITH THE COST OF THE MEET (STARTING SHELLS- ECT.)
RESTROOMS ARE AT THE END OF THE FIELDHOUSE AND ON THE HILL AT THE PRESSBOX.

*KEEP RUNNERS OFF THE FOOTBALL FIELD. THIS IS WHERE THE JAVELIN WILL BE THROWN

*KEEP YOUR ATHLETES IN THE STANDS UNLESS PARTICIPATING.
