Spanish Fort moves to 5A this year and enters the seaon with a 17:42 team average from 2013.
Each year we look at who has the best times in the state. This year MileSplit has been looking at who has the most consistent times in the state. That way all the factors of short courses, long courses, course conditions, hills, etc. are somewhat taken out of the equation. We used our database to look at the top 10 girls with the BEST AVERAGE TIME returning from 2013.
