FWB Boys Post 15 Seconds Split, Capture Stampede Team Title

The Escambia Equestrian Center in Pensacola wasn't just home to horses on Saturday morning. Teams from Northwest Florida, Georgia and Alabama, put their thoroughbred runners on display at the 2012 Gulf Coast Cross Country Stampede. It was a great atmosphere as well as the event boasted t-shirt customization, a Running Wild retail area, a graffiti artist, customized spikes, a dance off, and a designated cool down zone!

Alligator Lake XC Invitational Recap

Fast times as always were the norm at Alligator Lake, but the competition was extra competitive this year with the addition of some Georgia competition that led the way. Garrett Westlake of PK Yonge (2nd place, 16:09) and Elizabeth Mulford of Ocala Vanguard (3rd place, 19:31) were the top Floridians.

Alligator Lake XC Invitational Preview

The Alligator Lake Invitational will have over a thosand athletes and dozens of teams in attendance from across the state and even in Georgia. Men Claims Title at Screamin' Eagle 5K

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - It hadn't happened for the Tulane men's cross country program in eight years, but on Saturday at the Southern Miss Dedicated Cross Country Facility when the Green Wave claimed the team title with a stout 16-point performance. The women's squad finished runner-up to the host Golden Eagles to cap the solid day on the course for the program.
