The 400 in the state of Alabama is beginning to heat up this outdoor track season.  19 of the top 20 boys in the state have made some rather larger improvements over the distance since 2024.  Check out all top 100 times and how they stack up compared to 2024.

Xzavian Perry of Baker has not only the biggest time drop but also one of the fastest times.  Xzavian has taken nearly 8 seconds off his 2024 best over 400m and is now ranked 25th amongst all boys in the state.
