What was your most memorable meet and why?
Outdoor State getting a good final pr. And being able to cheer on my team and have fun with them on beach of Gulf Shores.
Where did you face your biggest competition?
In three different meets mobile challenge of champions, indoor state, along with outdoor state.
Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most and why?
Being able to move on to play college football. Then that my senior year of track was my first ever year. And I got different meet invites, getting 6th 7A indoor state, and getting 7th in 7A outdoor state. Finally ending with a personal pr of 51-00.75 ft in shotput.
If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your running career in high school?
Would have started doing track earlier.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome during your HS Track career?
Just the mental blockades I faced and low confidence in my performance.
What will you miss the most?
Just the great times with the team and the different people I met from many schools.
Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
Try new things and don't shy from a challenge.
What are your post-highschool or college plans? Who would you like to say thank you to?
Attending The University of West Alabama on a football scholarship. I would just thank all the coaches I had on this journey.
