Stop eating as much and take the running plan seriously.

The course walk-through with the whole team.

Listen to your coach. He knows what is best for you.
What are your post-highschool or college plans? Who would you like to say thank you to?
Thank you to my mom and dad, my aunt and uncle. Yall have pushed me to stay in it. Thank you to Coach Z he has been a great influence on my career. Thank you to the LHS Cross country team and coaches. This year was the best year I could have ever had. I am glad I went out with one last shot. Bear down and I hope yall will have more time to employ the running plan. I'm going to work at Lincoln elementary school as a custodian.
