Catholic Montgomery's Amaris Tyynismaa tied the all-time Individual Championship Record today with a win in the 1A-4A Girls 3200. The Catholic Junior now has 20 Individual State Championships across Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track. She still competes in the 800m Friday and the 1600m on Saturday giving her the opportunity to own the record outright.
