Montgomery Academy senior Jack Barganier returns this season as the #2 3A Boy in the state. A second place finish at both the sectional and state meet cement the fact he earns the top spot this year for section 1. Barganier won the 3200m and finished 4th in the 1600m during the Outdoor State Meet.

Winfield's Nick Klein returns his senior year to defend his individual title from the 2014 XC Season. His 16:50 on the state course was only 3 seconds behind his PR also set last year. He finished 2nd in the 3200m (behind Jack Bargainier - the top guy in section 1) and took 2nd in the 1600m at the Outdoor State meet.

Lexington senior Caleb Gully returns with the top time in section 3. Gully ran 16:54 during the Jesse Owens meet last year but couldn't quite hit that mark during the state meet. While his time are up and down by a minute or more if he can be consistant this season he has a good shot at Section 3.

Madison Academy's Will Oglesby won section 4 last year and he is the top returner this year as well. A 9th place finish at the state meet (17:36) and good placement in the outdoor 3200m and 1600m at state has the senior in good position this year.
