INSIDER: Girls 1A-2A Top Returners by 2013 Average Times!

We previously listed a complete ranking based on average times of all returners that ran a 5K for a High School team last year.  Our second phase of pre-season coverage will be a classifiication rakning based on 2013 averages of returning runners.  Averaging takes all races at all the different venues...hilly or flat , fast or slow into consideration to give a good picture of where a runner might fare statewide.
