What was your most memorable meet and why? My most memorable meet , I would say, had to be state because I was doing so good and got hurt in finals, but I knew I finished strong.

Where did you face your biggest competition? I faced my biggest competition in Vestavia Hills.

Out of all of your high school accomplishments which stands out the most and why? Me being in the newspaper this year for track and improving my times stands out the most because I know where I've came from and to make a big jump like that really is a big honor.

If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school? If I could do it all over again, I would really change the way I've practiced, meaning I would have pushed it 110 percent rather than 100 percent. I would have also changed my diet and I would have built more confidence.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome? The most difficult obstacles I had to overcome was practice and keep pushing while being hurt. I knew what I wanted and I knew what it took to get what I wanted, so I still had to get up and push myself through the pain.

What will you miss the most? I will most definitely miss my big supporters which was my teammates. I will also miss my coaches. Without these people I really wouldn't have had a good track season.

Do you have any advice for younger athletes? For the younger athletes, my advice to you is to keep God first most importantly, trust in your training, and push it pass your limit.

What are your post-highschool or college plans? I plan on going to college, but I haven't made my decision yet, but my plan is to run track on a collegiate level.

Who would you like to say thank you to? I would like to say thanks to God, my 24 hour coach which is my dad, my biggest supporter which is my mom, my teammates, my coaches, and all of the people who helped me and supported me throughout my high school track career.
