Have you changed anything training wise between this year and last year? I've been running more miles and longer repeats during speed work to work on my endurance this year.

Are you satisfied with your outdoor season?  I definitely know that there is always room for improvement and work toward that every day. However, this outdoor season has been great and full of new experiences and goals reached.

Goals for this outdoor season? Always run for the honor and glory of Jesus.

What goes through your mind before the gun goes off?  I try to always remember that racing is the reward for all of the hard work done in training.

Do you have any superstitions when it comes to competing?  I always triple knot my shoes and eat the same breakfast the morning of the race.

Competition Spikes:  I actually prefer racing flats for outdoor season- Nike Zoom Streaks

Favorite Television Show:  The Biggest Loser

What are 3 things in your track bag you can’t live without? At least 3 pairs of shoes, anything with peanut butter, and my Bible

What song do you always listen to before a race? “Anything Could Happen” by Ellie Goulding

You are currently ranked 3rd in the state in the 3200m as a sophomore.  Do you feel any pressure to win considering you have been so successful so early?  I know that if I put in the hard work, I can stand confident on race day. Regardless of the results or the competition, I can always give my very best.
