Meet Preview
The 5A All-State spots are virtually wide open this year. There is no real front runner and all of the times (averages) are so close that anything can happen.
Scottsboro and LAwrence County are neck and neck going in to Saturday. Both teams have run well all season long and had success against bigger teams. John Carrol and Arab will round out the top 4 with Homewood and Spanish Fort making a strong case to be in there.
