What has been your average weekly mileage this summer?
15 to 20 miles a week plus 6000 to 7000 yards of swimming per week.
Have you changed anything training wise between this year and last year?
Last year I was injured and unable to run most of the summer. Thankfully, this year I was healthy and able to run all summer.
Goals for this season?
To represent Christ and show His love through my actions.
What goes through your mind before the gun goes off?
I always think of what I will be able to eat after I am done.
Do you have any superstitions when it comes to competing?
I have to bring three jackets, knot my shoes one time for each mile, and always bring my cat pillow pet Mulan.

I have a talent for creating dance moves for people who cannot dance (including myself). They include the T-Rex, the praying mantis, and the octopus.
