Grant Hill improved on his US #1 Discus mark this weekend slinging 203-7. The attempt came after a few fouls that according to Hill went even further. All six throws went across the track. The 6'6" 305lb Hill is a 5 time AAU&USATF Discus champion and has signed with the University of Alabama
Marlon Humphrey had a big weekend improving his 110H mark with a time of 13.68 to tie for US #1. Humphrey also improved to US #4 in the 400m running 47.41. Humphrey is also US #1 in the 300H from a time run at the Texas Southern Relays.
