Keyshonda Ford, a 1998 graduate of Cairo High School and a college graduate of University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. While at Cairo High School, she broke school and state Georgia High School Athletic Association (GHSAA) records in the 400 meter dash, 300 intermediate hurdles, and 4X400 meter relay. In 1998, she and three other athletes competed and won the Georgia High School State Championship title. She was voted most athletic female and MVP runner all four years by her coaches and peers. After high school, she was received a full track scholarship to attend the University Of South Alabama. While at USA, she received four
