ENTRY LIMITS: Teams may enter one team per relay and three entries per individual event
(running or field) for scoring in each division. One additional relay team and unlimited
individuals may be entered, but will not be scored. Athletes in high school
divisions may participate in 4 events only; including relays. In this meet ONLY
the A relays will be scored and a teams top 3 finishers in each event.
There is NO middle school or junior high division.
REGISTRATION: DEADLINE - MIDNIGHT, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20th.
All registration online at http://al.milesplit.com/meets/83032 . Substitutions can be
made the day of the meet, but the names may remain the same in the
computer; NO athletes may be added.
SCORING: Team scoring will be in accordance with NFHS rule 2-2 for less than 7 teams
competing and 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for seven or more teams competing.
AWARDS: Plaques will be given to the top two teams in each division.
TRACK: 8-lane all-weather. spikes maximum on track; javelin spikes permissible
only in javelin throw area.
CONCESSIONS: Full concessions and t-shirts will be sold.
MEET RULES: The meet will be conducted under NFHS Rules and in accordance with the
AHSAA Spring Sports Book. No jewelry except for medical tags or religious
medals (taped to body) or a single wrist watch. Shorts must be worn over speed
suits.
HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be available at the meet.
