Location:
Sokol Park, Tuscaloosa

Directions:
Exit 73 off of Interstate 20/59 in Alabama. Then take a right (if coming from Birmingham) on McFarland Blvd. west. Go approximately 5.25 miles and make a right turn onto Watermelon Road. Go 2 miles, make a right turn at Old Colony Road. Go approximately .3 mile taking a left into Sokol Park. Plenty of bus and automobile parking is available on the left as you head toward the race area .25 miles down the road.

Schedule:
Elementary School Boys/Girls 1.00 mile (approx) 8:30am
Middle School Girls 7-8 2.22 miles (approx) 9:00am
Middle School Boys 7-8 2.22 miles (approx) 9:30am
High School Girls 5,000 meters 10:00am
High School Boys 5,000 meters 10:35am
Awards 11:15am

Entries:
The entry fee is $15 per athlete with a maximum of $75 per school per individual race i.e. a school who has a Varsity Girls team and a Varsity Boys team would pay $150. Check payable to American Christian Academy Cross Country
Entry fees are to be mailed to 2300 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.

Because of the difficulty of collecting race fees in the past, all entries must be received in the office of ACA by 12 noon on Wednesday, September 22. This is not postmarked, but RECEIVED. Teams whose checks have not been received by this deadline will be scratched from the meet.

Elementary entry fee is $5 per athlete. Registration for the elementary race will be from 7:30 to 8:15 am prior to their race at 8:30 am.

Registration:
Go to www.alabamarunners.com. Choose the meet under the Calendar heading. Click on the button and follow the instructions. Deadline for Entry is Sunday, September 19 at 11:59 pm.

Awards:
For the High School and Middle School Races, the top 2 teams per division and Top 10 individuals will receive awards.

Course:
Grass and dirt trails. Spikes recommended.
