Online Registration Instructions:
High School will be done through Direct Athletics and will be limited to 20 schools per gender.
High School Individuals must register online as a member of their FHSAA school team.
Unattached high school individuals are not permitted.
Middle School Registration will be done through flrunners.com and is open to schools, clubs, and unattached individuals. This will be a qualifier for the MS State Meet.

Participation: All HS must be a member of the FHSAA in order to compete. Individuals are welcome to attend if they are representing their school and their school is a member of the FHSAA.
Races: Teams in the Varsity races will be able to field 10 runners. Only the top 5 runners will be scored, and only the top 7 runners will be counted for displacement in the team scores. The JV and Middle School races are unlimited entries and starting positions are first come first serve.
Course: The course will be at Emerald Coast Middle School. The course will be well lit and marked for easy navigation. There will be a wide starting line, and the course is spectator friendly.

Entry Fees:
$125 Per High School Team Per Gender
$200 Total for both Boys and Girls High School Teams
$50 Per Middle School Team Per Gender
$100 Total for both Boys and Girls Middle School Teams
$10 Individuals for both High School and Middle School
Awards: High School: Plaques for the team winner and runner-up for each High School race. Plaques to the individual winner for each race and ribbons for the next 9 finishers.
Middle School: Plaques will be presented to the team winner for each race. Ribbons will be presented to the top 10 individual finishers for each race.
Admission: $10.00 per car.
Concessions: A variety of food and drinks will be available.
