Munford High School is proud to welcome you to our event and our brand-new, cross-country course! You will love our course design as it incorporates some wooded trails, some open-air running, a brief corn maze feature and 100 percent spectator friendly views! We are glad you chose our race, and we look forward to making your visit a memorable one!

Race is sanctioned for AHSAA member schools only.
$75 per gender team.
$150 for complete team (boys and girls)
15 per individual runner (if not enough for team of 5)

Please bring check to registration tent in order to receive race packet.
Team packets may be picked up starting at 7 am from the registration tent.
Parking is $5.
Here are the times for each wave/division:
Varsity Girls - 8 am
Varsity boys - 8:45 am
All runners will run together, but awards will be scored in separate categories at the end of race.
Awards will be given out in the following divisions:
1A-4A Boys, 1A-4A girls, 5A-7A Boys, 5A-7A girls
Top ten runners in each division receive tshirts. Top three in each division receive medals. Top three teams in each division receive trophies.
Coaches, please inform parents/spectators about $5 parking.
This money is necessary to keep our Munford Lion Trail in great condition for our races. Course maintenance includes grass cutting, minor excavating, filling potholes, trimming back undergrowth on sides of trail, and fresh crushed gravel as needed.
