GENERAL MEETING: 8:30 a.m. CST
SANCTION: This meet will be sanctioned by Alabama High School Athletic Association. All rules and regulations of the Association will be enforced.
ENTRIES: All entries will be made on-line on Alabamarunners.com
ENTRY FEES: $ 70.00 per team. Boys and girls are separated teams. Make checks payable to: Beauregard High School Track

SCORING: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
TEAM RELAYS: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
APPEALS: Any appeal must be given to the referee in writing accompanied with $ 25.00 within 30 minutes of infractions. If appeal is upheld, then money will be refunded. Appealable offenses are NHSAA rule violations.
AWARDS: Trophies will be awarded to the top three (3) teams in both boys and girls division. Medals will be rewarded for 1st place and ribbons 2nd & 3rd place in each event. Highest Points for Male and Female athlete will be awarded.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be sold.
ADMISSIONS: There will be admissions at the gate of the track.
