Race Against Hunger 2021
There is a canned food drive for the Montgomery Area Food Bank. We ask that all teams encourage their athletes to collect cans and then drop off on the day of the meet.
Covid Alteration: For 2021 we will only be hosting 10 teams in total with a maximum of 4 entries per event and 2 relays per school. This meet will require a password, please contact Coach McBride at ethan_mcbride@montgomeryacademy.org if interested in competing.

Where: Montgomery Academy
Time: 9:00 AM, Coaches Meeting at 8:40 AM
Entry Fee: $200 per Team or $400 per School or $20 per Athlete. Make checks payable to Montgomery Academy. If mailing it to the school: C/O Ethan McBride Montgomery Academy 3240 Vaughn Road Montgomery, AL 36106 or bring the check to the meet.
Entry Deadline: March 30th at Midnight
Entry Guidelines: Entries must be submitted on al.milesplit.com by March 30, 2021. No LATE ENTRIES will be accepted. A varsity athlete can participate in a total of 4 events only. Max of 4 Athletes per individual event, and only 2 relay teams per school. Max of 3 Jumpers/Throwers in Field Events. All Events are Finals.
Substitutions: No substitutions will be allowed on the day of the meet. Print your entries as verification.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Awards: Awards to the top three in each event. NO team trophies awarded.
Spectators: We are limiting two spectators per athlete. Tickets are $8.
Parking: The track is located across from the Main Campus. There is limited parking on the side of the track. If parking is unavailable then there is extra parking on the campus side. Please use the bridge to cross the road.
Buses: Buses will be directed to enter towards the track and then bend to the right up by the baseball field. From there a gate will be opened to allow buses to park in a field up above the track.
Tents: Placement of tents is on a first come first serve basis. Tents must be located on the grass areas and at least 6 feet from the nearest tent.
Concessions will be available.
