The Huntsville Metro Coaches Association presents the 2020 Huntsville Metro Cross Country Championships at Palmer Park in Madison, AL.        PALMER PARK DIRECTIONS

Eligible Teams         Columbia, Grissom, Huntsville, Jemison, Lee, Bob Jones, James Clemens, Buckhorn, Hazel Green, New Hope, Madison County, Sparkman, Madison Academy, Saint John Paul II Catholic HS, Randolph School, Westminster Christian Academy, Whitesburg Christian Academy

10 entries per division limit. Deadline is Monday, October 19th @ 11:59 pm.

$50.00 for Girls (1 or 2 teams), $50.00 for Boys (1 or 2 teams)

$10.00 per individual (up to 5 runners).

$100.00 maximum per school

Some of you have contacted Coach Twig (Randolph) in need of more info to get a check from your school to pay fees for this year's Huntsville Metro Cross Country Championships. Attached you will have a .pdf with our W-9 along with a modifiable invoice so that you can adjust it to then give to your school's bookkeeper for a check request. Remember, the most any one school will owe is $100.00 for no matter how many athletes you enter. If you are entering 4 or less, you will owe $10.00 per entry.

Medical: HEMSI will be on location.


Individual Awards: Top 10 in each division will receive a medal. Top 15 in each division will receive a t-shirt. Individual awards sponsored by the Huntsville Track Club.

Team Awards

1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each division will receive a trophy.

Parking: Please inform all parents and family members who plan to drive to the meet that parking

is $5 CASH ONLY for all cars. Bus parking will be free and available on site.

: We will need various course monitors as well as people to help pour water into cups at the finish line. Please help us by talking to your parents before the meet and asking them if they can help. Please email us to let us know who they are if you get confirmations before the meet please!

WE NEED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS IN PPE FOR THE FINISH LINE. Please ask your parents on your team if they can be of assistance.
