- 7:30am Course Open for Walk-through
- 8:00am K5 Boys/Girls (1/2 mile)
- 8:30am 1st & 2nd Grade Boys/Girls (3/4 mile)
- 9:00am 3rd & 4th Grade Boys/Girls (1 mile)
- 9:30am 5th & 6th Grade Boys/Girls (1.5 mile)
- 10:30am JV Boys/Girls (7th-9th grade) (2 miles)
- 11:00am Varsity Boys/Girls (7th-12th grade) (3 miles)
Course:
- The meet will be conducted on the North side of Tyler Rd within the woods and athletics complex of HCA.
- The terrain will consist of a blend of asphalt, gravel, dirt, grass, wooded trails w/ rocks and tree roots.
Equipment and Uniforms:
- Racing flats or training flats are recommended.
- Spikes are not recommended.
- Team/School Uniform is required for all JV/Varsity runners.
Entry Fee:
- 7th through 12th grade: $100 per school.
- Make checks payable to Heritage Christian Academy
- Entries and fees must be received by September 9, 2019

Parking:
- in the front half of the lot on the North side of Tyler Rd across from Shades Mountain Community Church
- in the lot by the soccer field on Old Tyler Road across from Shades Mountain Community Church
Please be aware that youth races begin at 8:00 a.m.
- Please be alert to car traffic and people walking in all areas located on the North side of Tyler Rd.
