Online Registration Instructions

This is a Middle School Meet! Only 7th and 8th graders may participate!

Meet is open to all HCS middle schools and 3 others. First Come. Entry fee $75 per school.

Fee must be paid before the meet to be able to compete. NO CHECK IN THE MAIL! Make checks out to HCS Athletics. If you enter and are a no show, your school will be billed!!

You may enter up to 4 runners in the 800M and 1600M run. 2 will be for scoring and 2 more can be for exhibition. Exhibition runners must wear pennies.

Give a list of your exhibition runners to the head official BEFORE the meet starts. If you do not designate runners, NONE of them will be scored. 

No electronics allowed in the throwing areas or on infield/track. This includes headphones and cellphones!

Coaches meeting at 3:15 prior to the start of the meet. Discus throw will begin promptly at 3:30. Running events will begin immediately after. We will be on a rolling schedule.

Basic meet rules:

Each school may enter 2 athletes per event. Each athlete may participate in no more than 3 events. This includes field events and relays. Runners are not allowed to run without a hip number. We will not delay starts.

Athletes may warm up for running events in the designated area once their event has been called. No other athletes may stay in the warm up area. Keep your athletes in the stands.

Field event athletes may warm up once the venue is open and a supervisor is in place.

Meet entries must be posted by deadline listed on Alabama runner prior to the meet. The deadline is 

7pm the day BEFORE the meet !!!! No changes will be made at the meet site.

ADMISSION TO MEET IS $4 FOR ADULTS AND $2 FOR STUDENTS
