NEW COURSE!!!
Start and Finish still behind Helena High School on the 2 large practice fields. Course now consist of what we call our "recovery trail", fast/flat course, no major uphills climbs (more like slight inclines), all grass/dirt, with a few asphalt crossings which will have rubber mats laid across for easy crossing. SPIKES are highly recommended.
