Meet Information

OVERVIEW

Description: This is a pole vault only, all comers meet and is a USATF sanctioned event. Event is

intended to be a fun way to end the summer season for those vaulters not participating in the USATF

National Championships. All USATF rules will apply but it is basically a jump for joy opportunity. The

focus will be on having a good time and getting one last chance to make a PR.

Location: Spain Park High School, 4700 Jaguar Drive, Hoover, AL 35242

DIVISIONS

Results will be reported to USATF by age division as shown below:

USATF AGE Groups-Your Age as of December 31st 2015

Girls/Boys 13-14

Girls/Boys 15-16

Women/Men 17-18-19

O-Open 19-29

MS-Masters-All Age Groups (Age as of Date of Meet)

Results will also be posted on Alabama Runners

SCHEDULE

PV Events shall be on a rolling schedule with boys/men events beginning immediately after womens

competition. Note: Depending on the number of entrants, we may combine divisions. A final

determination will be made prior to the meet and entrants will be notified.

Meet Entry: All entries will be done via email to SORUPV@outlook.com

Name

Gender

Age Group

PR

Registration Deadline is July 30, 2015 and standard USATF waiver forms are required for all participants.

FEES and PAYMENT

Fees: Entry Fee $10.00 for youth vaulter (18 or Under) , $15 per open and masters (19 or older)

Payment: Bring cash or check (made payable to John Alcazar) to meet.
