Get ready for one of the best meets of the season this weekend in Richmond. This year at the St. Christopher's Invitational we will get to see teams from all over Virginia as well as DC and Maryland as well battling it out on one of the fastest flat tracks in VA.

Though many of the eyes at the VA Showcase will be on the competition the first two days, there are also some very elite athletes competing on Sunday as well.
The sprint quartet from Freedom (Woodbridge) made their trip up to New York a successful one and came back with the victory and a new US #1 time of 1:29.13. That time jumps quite a few teams and lands them at VA #16 all-time in this event.
Even though she is very much a track runner as well and owns some personal bests that rank high nationally, she is going to face some tough competition these next two weeks.
National champion, Michaela Rose is back at it and just opened her indoor season up with a 1:13.89 500m dash and a 2:50.97 1K.
