A Guntersville High School student died in a wreck Friday night near Memphis. Several other teens and a parent were also hurt in the accident.
Details are still limited, but WHNT News 19 has learned that the group was headed to a track meet in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The car they were in hydroplaned on slick roads, causing the driver to lose control.
Kevin Yoder, an 11th grader at Guntersville, died in the crash. The other teens and the parent are being treated at a Memphis hospital.
