Adams Receive SWAC Weekly Honor

MONTGOMERY—Jeffery Adams of the Alabama State University men's track and field team, has been named the Southwestern Athletic Conference's (SWAC) Men's Track and Field Athlete of the Week.

Adams, a junior from Jonesboro, Ga., participated in the War Eagle Invitational last weekend and finished sixth in both the 110m dash (14.46) and the 110m hurdles (14.59).

Adams becomes the fifth ASU track and field athlete to receive the weekly honor this season.
