JACKSONVILLE – Due to the high demand for tickets for Jacksonville State's football home opener this weekend, the Jacksonville State Athletic Ticket Office will be open on Monday from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Jacksonville State, fresh off a double overtime road win at Ole Miss, will host Chattanooga on Saturday. Former coach Bill Burgee will be honored during a pre-game ceremony as the University dedicates the renovated Burgess-Snow Field at JSU Stadium.

"We know there is a lot of excitement surrounding our home opener against Chattanooga on Saturday, so we will open our ticket office on Monday," said JSU Athletics Director Oval Jaynes. "We want to allow our fans an opportunity to purchase their tickets in advance of game day, which will allow easier access through the gates on Saturday."

The JSU Athletic Ticket Office is located in Kennamer Hall, which is next to Stephenson Hall on Pelham Road North. Fans can call 256-782-8499 to purchase tickets or order CLICK HERE to buy tickets online.
