JACKSONVILLE – Jacksonville State Head Women's Soccer Coach Julie Carlson has been invited to travel to Buenas Aries, Argentina with the Alabama Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program on June 26 – July 4.

"I am very grateful to the AYSA for inviting me and delighted to have this opportunity,” said Carlson. “This opportunity allows for a wonderful sport and cultural education for the coaches and players. Argentina is a great country to experience the sport of soccer especially right now during the Men's World Cup."

Carlson will work with the 93/94 Girls age group that will experience training and competition against youth clubs. The team is scheduled to tour the sites of Buenas Aries and Colonia and Montevideo, Uraguay.
