North Alabama AHSAA Track Officiating Clinic - Feb 10, 2026

Dear Coaches, Parents,  and Prospective Track Officials,

        This message is for all Coaches interested in hosting track meets this season in North Alabama and individuals interested in becoming certified track and field officials through the AHSAA.  To support this effort, an AHSAA Track Officiating Clinic will be held with the details below:

Date: February 10, 2026
Time: 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Location: Milton Frank Stadium (Huntsville, AL)

This clinic is open to new and returning officials as well as coaches who may be interested in officiating or helping connect potential officials with our local association.

Local Association Dues

All attendees must bring $20 (cash or check) to cover local association dues.

AHSAA Certification Requirements

Individuals seeking certification must complete the following steps through DragonFly prior to officiating:

  2. Log in or create an account

  3. Complete background check

  4. Select Track & Field as your sport

  5. Join your local officials association

  6. Complete required testing with a minimum score of 80%

AHSAA Track Rules books will be available at the clinic, provided by the AHSAA Track Coordinator and District Directors.

If you are a coach interested in hosting a meet this season or know individuals who may be interested in becoming certified officials, please share this information with them. We are working to grow and strengthen track and field officiating in North Alabama and appreciate your support.
