CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel won the doubles point and four of six singles matches to claim a 5-2 win over the Jacksonville State men's tennis team on Monday at the Earle Tennis Center.

The Citadel won at No. 2 and No. 3 to win the doubles points. JSU's Chris Duke and Axel Sunberg beat Alberto Diaz and Yufo Sutantio 8-6 at No. 1 doubles.

Brian Kenyon and Duke represented JSU's lone points on the day. Kenyon defeated Sutantio 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 at No.1 and Nenad Marcec defeated David Orces 3-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-5) at No. 3.

Jacksonville State closes out the spring break trip against the College of Charleston on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
