Girls Mile
One of the better events of the day, the girl's Mile (yes MILE...not 1600m) features some of the best distance runners in the south easy. Depending on the weather, we could possibly see several under 5 minutes.
Amaris Tyynismaa (Catholic Montgomery) has run 5:01 (1600m)outdoors this season.
Presley Miles (St James): Ran 5:08 last week at King of the West in her only outdoor 1600m so far. She ran 5:01 indoors.
Lainey Phelps (Homewood): Phelps ran 5:05 just a few weeks ago at the Auburn Elite Meet.
