The Racing Knights of Montgomery Catholic getting ready for a summer distance run this evening. We have been training pretty regularly and I am happy to report that we have some of the largest numbers we have had since I started coaching. So, in spite of the heat and humidity and the upcoming holiday weekend, we had a good turnout tonight.
