Caitland Smith has made a name for herself in Alabama throughout her high school career. As a Junior she won the 60m & 400m at the Indoor State Championship and the 100m and 400m and the Outdoor State Championship.
According to Caitland's mom: She chose TX because of its’ commitment to excellence in athletics and academics. She likes the vision of the new track administration and fell in love with the city of Austin.
