ENTRY FEES: $5 per athlete and $5 per relay. Make checks payable to: Paul W. Bryant HS Track & Field, 6315Mary Harmon Bryant Dr.,
Cottondale, AL 35453.
ENTRY LIMITS: Teams may enter one team per relay and three entries per individual event
(running or field) for scoring. Additional relay teams and individuals (up to 10) may be
entered, but will not be scored. An athlete may participate in 3 events only;
including relays! In this meet ONLY the A relays will be scored and a
teams top 3 finishers in each event. All athletes must in 7th or 8th grade.
REGISTRATION: DEADLINE - MIDNIGHT, THURSDAY, APRIL 14th. All
registration online at http://al.milesplit.com/meets/83308 . Substitutions can
be made the day of the meet, but the names may remain the same in the
computer; NO athletes may be added.
SCORING: Team scoring will be in accordance with NFHS rule 2-2 for less than 7 teams
competing and 10-8-6-4-3-2-1 for seven or more teams competing.
AWARDS: Trophies will be given to the 1st and 2nd place teams in both divisions; medals
will be given to top 3 finishers in each event.
TRACK: 8-lane all-weather; spikes maximum on track.
CONCESSIONS: Full concessions will be sold.
MEET RULES: The meet will be conducted under NFHS Rules and in accordance with the
AHSAA Spring Sports Book. Jr. High - 3 events per Athlete. No jewelry except
for medical tags (taped to body) or wrist watches. Shorts must be worn over
speed suits.
HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be available at the meet.
WORK ASSIGNMENTS: All teams are expected to assist. Please advise which field events your school
wants to cover; first come, first served.
